BMR Participating Lender List
The following is a list of participating BMR lenders that can offer loans on deed-restricted properties such as BMR units. In order to be considered for purchase of a BMR unit, you must obtain a pre-approval letter from one of the lenders below. The BMR Housing Administrator will notify you if and when to obtain your pre-approval letter. Please do not contact the lenders until instructed by the BMR Housing Administrator.
