Creating housing opportunities to build
a stronger, more diverse
community.
Resident
Services Program
Our Mission
To empower PAHC residents to
achieve self-sufficiency and maximize their full potential
through culturally competent onsite services in education,
health and social services.
What We offer
Referrals and applications
for community resources.
On-site educational classes
and workshops for children, parents, adults and seniors, as
well as after-school programs for youth.
One-on-one confidential
supportive listening and casework.
Events and activities that
build community and strengthen community ties.
The Resident Services Program is
an integral part of the general PAHC mission, employing Service
Coordinators at our SRO, Senior and Family properties. The
Resident Services Program enhances the ability of our residents
to pursue goals, maintain stable housing, overcome barriers to
success, achieve self-sufficiency, and improve overall quality
of life. Through support services we help seniors live
independently for as long as possible. We promote healthy
families by ensuring that parents are aware of available support
and youth have positive role models. Onsite services make it
possible for disabled residents to live autonomously and with
dignity.
Living in service-enriched
affordable housing provides peace of mind from knowing that
there is a safe and secure place to call home. Stability and
peace of mind leads to greater success in the workplace and at
school. By encouraging community understanding and connections,
the Resident Services Program helps create stable families,
connected neighbors, engaged lives, and bright futures.
Our Director of Resident
Services was recently recognized by the Mid-Peninsula Media
